What’s your return policy?
At Harmony Waves, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. As a burgeoning brand committed to customer satisfaction, we accept returns, though return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
To start a return, contact us at contact.harmonywaves@gmail.com so we can start the process. Please include your order number in the email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
While we grow our brand, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure the best fit, we recommend referring to our detailed sizing charts available in the product description of each item. In the unlikely event that you receive a mislabeled item, please contact us at contact.harmonywaves@gmail.com within one week of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will strive to rectify the issue promptly, either with a replacement or a refund.
